What is a concierge service?

What is a concierge service?

A concierge service handles the practical side of a holiday rental: cleaning, handing over keys and managing guest arrivals and departures.

The provider is paid directly by the owner, who collects the rental payments.

A concierge cannot simply take the owner's place, represent them or collect rental payments on their behalf. In that situation, the activity falls within regulated property management, which requires the appropriate real estate professional authorisation.

The original article explains that a real estate professional must demonstrate professional competence and relevant experience, carry professional insurance and provide a financial guarantee. This is a regulated profession.

Entrust your property to professionals working within the legal framework, at the same price!

Yes, you read that correctly: concierge services are only the visible, practical side of what we do.

Beyond those core concierge services, we handle the booking and marketing process, and much more!

We bring our marketing expertise to help maximise your property's occupancy, drawing on our reputation and guest base.

Our mission, which we gladly accept — and which will not self-destruct in ten seconds! — includes:

  • Taking semi-professional photographs → They are your property's shop window, so they need to look their best!
  • Marketing and promoting the property across around 20 international websites → Airbnb alone is not enough: we use multiple channels to maximise bookings.
  • Collecting payments by card and other methods → Easier booking helps attract more reservations.
  • Signing rental agreements and securing deposits → A clear contract and a secure deposit help prevent unpleasant surprises.
  • Arranging the “Tranquillité” insurance → Preparing for the unexpected, included at no extra charge in the offer described here.
  • Arranging arrivals and departures 24/7 → An essential part of the service.
  • Assisting guests seven days a week → A helping hand when guests need one.
  • Arranging cleaning before and after each stay → To keep the property spotless.
  • Providing hotel-quality household linen and laundering it → Hotel-style comfort.
  • Providing hotel-style guest amenities → Those extra touches that help guests feel welcome.
  • Carrying out check-in and check-out inspections → A task we take seriously and complete thoroughly.
  • Providing welcome essentials → A cold beer on arrival and coffee the next morning make a difference.
  • Taking electricity meter readings → Helping protect both the environment and your budget.

All within the legal framework of the real estate profession → Planning ahead for greater peace of mind.

Why settle for the cherry on top when, for the same price as a concierge service, you could have the whole cake?
