In the event of cancellation of this seasonal rental contract by the customer, the latter undertakes to notify its decision to "IAORANA AGENCY" as soon as possible by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email, no cancellation or modification shall be made by phone.

Deadlines, modification and reimbursement:
- more than 30 days : modification and refund with fees
- less or = 30 days : modification with fees & non-refundable

modification upon availability. Any stay that has already begun cannot be refunded, even partially.
Modification fees: 50€.
Cancellation fees: 3% of the total amount
