Appartement bien situé
Positive: Site très beau jardin paysage grande piscine et donnant sur la plus belle plage de Papeete . L appartement est bien équipé,piece principale climatisee ,belle cuisine sauf pour la 2e chambre minuscule et chaude car pas de climatisation et pas de canapé permettant d y coucher 2 adultes pour palier à la 2e chambre . Negative: La 2e chambre trop petite et sans climatisation. Cet appartement est top pour 1 couple mais pas pour le couchage du 2e couple

Nous apprécions vos commentaires sur la pièce principale bien équipée et climatisée et la jolie cuisine. Nous apprécions également vos commentaires sur la deuxième chambre. Nous comprenons que sa taille et l'absence de climatisation pourraient ne pas offrir le confort que vous recherchiez. Nous tenons néanmoins à vous faire remarquer que l'absence de climatisation dans cette seconde chambre est mentionnée dans la descriptif de l'appartement. Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau dans le futur dans l'une de nos propriétés.

Nice place over pictures, but there are better options out there. Confusing comms with the host
Positive: The pool and easy access to the beach. Negative: The apartment is the closest to the busy highway. Couldn’t enjoy the patio as motorbikes, trucks and emergency services used the only road constantly. The pictures are misleading as they imply a peaceful place when it’s not. The couch by the TV was very uncomfortable.

Your input and feedback about the noise from the road (it’s a side road, not an highway) and the comfort of the couch is appreciated. Nevertheless we are surprised to read that you had some issue with the noise as your are the first customer to complain about it. We received 17 « 5 Star reviews » over the last 6 months, and nobody mentioned any problem about it. Last, we apologize for any confusion in our communication. You received all arrival instructions by email, including the cell phone number of our welcome agent Jeanette. As requested, you were supposed to call her BEFORE arriving to the apartment. We are sorry if you have to wait a few minutes for her. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future in one of our properties.

The place was very clean, and almost everything needed was provided. The place feels a bit smaller than the pictures, but I would stay there again due to how cozy and convenient it is. The beach one spectacular and an easy short walk away.

Loved our apartment! Everything was awesome! The only thing I’d say was a bit of a rub was the neighbor below who made it his mission to tell my kids : how to properly shut our door so it didn’t bother him as well as correct them on how bad he perceived we parked our car in our assigned parking space. I never saw him myself and am not the type of person to be confrontational to elders so I just laughed it off with my teenagers and told them to stop getting in trouble with uncle. The place is lovely! The pool is amazing and a great way to start off the day. The beach days were dreamy and I really enjoyed being one with nature and my family. I will be back again!

Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour quelques jours avant de partir à Bora Bora. Non loin de l’aéroport et donnant un accès direct sur la plus belle plage de sable blanc de Tahiti, la résidence Carlton est idéalement située. Nous disposions d’une place de parking réservé et d’un bip pour le portail. L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos. Pas de surprise. Enfin la personne qui nous a reçu était charmante et nous a expliqué tout ce qu’il y avait à savoir.

L'appartement, est super - l'emplacement encore mieux
Au bout de la piscine de plus de 100 mètres de long (! !), un accès direct à la plus belle plage de Tahitis - Plage de Vaiava. L'appartement lui-même est grand et très bien décoré, nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement à la maison. Équipement au top à tous points de vue, WLAN aussi. Cependant : La résidence est bruyante - et l'un des voisins est très sensible au bruit. L'arrivée et le départ étaient super - grâce à Jeanette de l'agence Iaorana ! (traduit de l'Allemand)

Das Apartment, ist toll - die Lage noch besser. Am Ende des mehr als 100 Meter langen Pools (!!) führt ein direkter Zugang zum vielleicht schönsten Strand Tahitis - Plage de Vaiava. Wohnung selbst ist groß und toll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Ausstattung in jeder Hinsicht top, WLAN ebenso. Allerdings: Die Wohnanlage ist hellhörig - und einer der Nachbarn sehr geräuschempfindlich. Check-in und -out waren super - dank Jeanette von Iaorana Agency!

The condo was nice and clean. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen finepy stocked although we didnt cook. Pool was not available for use with no anticipated date for repairs. Beware of mosquitoes in the evening on the patio.
