The location is great for walking around the center district to access market and ferry. Under pandemic curfew, hence activities are limited. The studio is secure, clean, quiet and checkin process is contact-less. It has a garage but we didn’t use since we didn’t rent a car. The price is good for its value. Some suggestion for improving the property: 1 upgrade the pillows as they are small and soft 2 upgrade the mattress as it is too soft. These two are import for a good night sleep.

This studio apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Pape'ete, just a short walk from the Ferry Terminal and lots of shops and restaurants. The building is very quiet and secure, and includes a reserved space for your car in the gated-underground parking area. Email communication before, during and after my stay was very well organized, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. If you decide to stay at this Moana Studio, you’ll find that you’re dealing with a very professional staff and your time there should be very comfortable.

Positive: Très joli studio, bien équipé et bien aménagé. En plein centre-ville, pas besoin de véhicule car tout est à proximité. Et si toutes fois, j'en avais eu un, une place de parking est proposée. S'il est disponible lors de mon prochain passage sur Papeete, je n'hésiterai pas à le relouer ! Negative: Petite soucis de connexion internet pendant le séjour mais le fournisseur a été rapide et efficace par deux fois, tout s'est réglé rapidement.

Great location and apart from the air conditioner noise the apartment was superb. Suggest that a key box outside the apartment so that late flights can access the apartment. If the kind taxi driver hadn't found us a room at 2am we would have had to sleep in the corridor. The manager kindly gave us a bottle of champagne in apology which was very appreciated

Très bon emplacement en pleine ville proche de toute commodité. Studio très bien agencé avec une grande salle de bain malgré le peu de mètre carré. Idéal pour un couple et un enfant de taille classique. Une place de parking sécurisé. Dans le quartier il est très difficile de trouver une place pour se garer car peu de place et proche de la clinique, du trésors public, collège. A côté une pizzéria, des sushis à emporté, 2 resto un peu plus chic (cuisine française). En tout cas un bon séjour malgré le confinement.

Ce studio est idéal si vous ne disposez pas de véhicule, en plein centre ville et proche de tout, pour aller au marché local, pour grignoter dehors ou prendre l'apéro le soir. Il est très bien insonorisé, très propre comme neuf et bien équipé et le wifi fonctionne très bien. Vous aurez aussi un très bon avec Aurélia qui sera à votre service à n'importe quel moment. Je recommande ce studio pour un rapport/qualité prix très satisfaisant.

Perfect downtown location!
This apartment is in the heart of town so it is convenient to everything. Modern, comfortable, very quiet. (Except Sunday mornings when the church bells ring for a while, LOL). There is a nice balcony to enjoy meals outdoors. The evening have nice breezes coming up from the ocean. The hosts are very responsive to communication and they made it easy to pick up the key at the airport and do a self check in. We will definitely stay here again!!

A very comfortable studio apartment
A very well situated apartment minutes away from the market, restaurants and bars. Only 10-15 minutes from airport by taxi. The apartment itself was very welcoming we met Geoffrey on our arrival and he gave us the rundown of the place. The kitchen was fully functional it has washing machine, full stove and cooking top, full size fridge. It is situated in a narrow street and has a balcony overlooking the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment very much.
