    Positive: Place was nice and clean. Great balcony with beach view. Quiet location. Nice pool. Contact person was nice. Liked the area. Negative: Hot! No A/C. Couldn't sleep first night from heat. Difficult check in process, had to make contact upon arrival very difficult without international data. They charge you extra for check in after 6 pm. That didn't seem fair with a 9 hr flight from America. No access to beach, gate was locked. Not a kid friendly community. Hard to find in dark with no signs. Luckily we found it after an exhausting day of travel!

    Thank you for sharing your experience. We are happy to hear that you appreciated the clean space, the quiet location, the nice pool, and the beautiful view from the balcony. We are also glad that you liked our area and that our contact person was able to assist you. Regarding the AC, this equipment is NOT mentioned in the description of the apartment, we are sorry you did not read this important information. For your check’in, we told you that you can use free Wi-Fi at the Tahiti airport (you don’t need a local sim card or use datas) to call our housekeeper, like every other customers do. Also, we sent you a message to explain that the check’in hours are from 3 pm to 6 pm, and that there is a 50 Euros fee for late check’in. We understand you had a long and tiring flight, but on our side we need to pay someone to do the check’in with you (after office hours are not free). We are also sorry that you found a locked gate to access to the beach. The key was in a drawer of the apartment, as indicated in the house book. Now on our side, we found a dirty apartment, a pile of dirty dishes in the sink, trash cans not emptied etc. We can understand that you were disapointed by some of the things you mentioned but that was not a reason to give extra work to our housekeeper. Last, you had a reservation for 3 persons but you were 5. The apartment is made to accommodate 4 people, not more. We could have refused the entry to the premises as the contract was not respected.
