This house is amazing and the amenities and views of Tahiti and Moorea are unparalleled. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs we had. The hot tub/swim pool on the deck made for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We were only 10-15 minutes from downtown, various excursions, and other sites. Would highly recommend this property.

I would have to say that this was the most special rental property we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed to find that the reality of the villa actually outshines the online pictures (which too often is not the case). The decor is absolutely lovely, yet has all the modern conveniences of home. Aurelia's attention to detail is unparalleled, and they have premeditated your every need -- from yummy bath products to plenty of wood for the plancha grill. The kitchen is very well-appointed and user-friendly (only thing I couldn't find was a can opener). The bed was very comfortable and the showers were wonderful. Especially loved the beautiful stone outdoor tub! The entire house is very private and secluded, and you feel like you're at your own private spa -- peaceful and serene. We also very much appreciated the daily cleaning service, which is often not provided in a rental property. I really can't think of a single oversight or disappointment. I suppose we could have used a couple of extra towels, but we just washed the ones we had. I'm sure, if we had asked, they would have accommodated us. Also, although this has nothing to do with the villa, one thing that we weren't prepared for was the proliferation of neighboring roosters who like to make their presence known starting at around 4 am. Is it just me who thought that roosters only crow to announce the dawn? Not so! Regardless of the roosters, I would return to Villa Manuiti in a heartbeat.

We loved staying at Aurelia's beautiful home. The pictures do not do the space justice. The wood work and details inside the house are stunning and the view of the city and Moorea can't be beat. Aurelia gave us great recommendations for dinner and activities and we loved cooking an outdoor meal on the fire. The temperatures are absolutely perfect.

We’ve always wanted to see what a traditional Balinese-style home in the tropics would be like and it was wonderful! Theres no A/C yet we were perfectly cool and comfortable the whole stay. The details in the wood and finishings were beautifully done. We enjoyed all the amenities in the fully-stocked kitchen and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The jacuzzi and Ofyre cooking ring were fun additions that we were delighted to make use of. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to have a relaxing Tahiti vacation in a luxury home.

Quel sanctuaire magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan ! Nous avons choisi ce logement pour un séjour de quatre nuits pour souligner notre anniversaire mariage. Aurelia nous a accueillis avec un grand sourire, et une bouteille de champagne, des verres frais, de beaux bouquets de fleurs tropicales et une marmelade locale malgré notre arrivée tardive. Non seulement être flexible et réactive, mais Aurelia est comme une vieille amie pour discuter et a donné d'excellentes recommandations sur les visites touristiques et les restaurants. La maison est exceptionnellement propre avec un design sophistiqué, des lits confortables et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Nous avons adoré le spa de détente pour le yoga avec lever et cocktails au coucher du soleil et observation des étoiles. Mes adolescents aimaient nourrir les poissons koï tous les matins, puis s'asseyaient près de la table à manger extérieure pour planifier la journée :). Cette maison paisible nous permet de nous détendre, de décompresser et de nous reconnecter. Nous vous recommandons vivement de séjourner à la Villa Manuiti lors de votre visite à Tahiti.

What a gorgeous sanctuary with stunning ocean views! We chose this home for a four nights stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Aurelia welcomed us with a big smile, and a bottle of champagne, chilled glasses, beautiful tropical flower bouquets and local marmalade despite our late night arrival. Not only being flexible and responsive, but Aurelia is like an old friend to chat and gave great recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants. The house is exceptionally clean with sophisticated design, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. We loved the lounging spa for yoga with sunrise and cocktails at sunset and stargazing. My teens enjoyed feeding koi fish every morning then sat by the outdoor dining table to plan out the day :). This peaceful home let us relax, decompress and reconnect. We highly recommend staying at Villa Manuiti when visiting Tahiti.

Nous avons sélectionné ce logement de part sa proximité avec la ville ainsi que l'ambiance qui semblait se dégager des photos. Nous avons commis une erreur durant cette location : prévoir un séjour trop court!! Je dois dire que nous avons vécu une véritable "expérience de repos" lors de ce séjour dans la maison de Iaorana Agency. C'est un havre de tranquillité, façonné avec soins par ses propriétaires, avec des matériaux naturels et de bonne facture. La conception fait honneur à l'ambiance locale polynésienne tout en intégrant les aspects pratiques des constructions et aménagements contemporains. Sans être déconnecté de la civilisation, on ressent une ambiance reposante, une nature omniprésente ainsi qu'une envie de se (re)poser en contemplation... L'équipement est de bonne facture et suffisant pour passer son séjour en autarcie complète, ou au contraire, partager des moments chaleureux autour du braséro ou du jacuzzi. Le logement est suffisamment grand pour aisément accueillir une petite famille de 4 personnes ou des couples sans enfant. L'équipe qui nous a accompagné s'est montrée disponible, réactive, compréhensive et bienveillante. Ils ont participé à rendre notre séjour agréable. Nos demandes ont été pleinement satisfaite et nous les remercions sincèrement pour ce séjour que nous espérons pouvoir réitérer.

Gorgeous open air home with a remarkable view! We stayed only two nights at Villa Manuiti because we spent most of our holiday in Moorea. This home is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owners have done everything to make their guests comfortable. We especially loved the open air dining and lounging by the spa. The beds were very comfortable and every part of the house was clean and tidy. When traveling to Tahiti, I would absolutely recommend staying at Villa Manuiti.

The interior of the home is beautiful, the wood is lovely and makes it feel very island like. The outdoor was also incredibly lush and beautiful, with a pool that made our stay very comfortable and fun. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were well made with new sheets and towels when we arrived. Geoff showed us the koi fish and how to feed them, which the younger kids really loved! There was a TV with an Xbox, and a computer with phone chargers in one of the bedrooms. We would absolutely love to stay here again. -a few of the light switches weren’t working -the outdoor barbecue took a while to get hot, which we didn’t expect But besides those minor things, this stay was amazing! Nous étions 3 couples qui ont séjournés dans la magnifique Villa à Papeete. Tout était parfait, la propreté, la situation de la maison, la communication avec les hôtes. Chaque soir on profitait des couchers de soleil sur l'île de Moorea. Un endroit paradisiaque!!! La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manquait de rien. La maison est à 15 minutes en voiture du port de Papeete et le centre-ville. Il y avait une épicerie à 10 minutes de la maison.

Nichée sur une colline, au calme, la villa surplombe le lagon et offre une vue merveilleuse sur Moorea, les couchers de soleil y sont époustouflants. Aucune faute de goût, tout y est parfait, tant la décoration, que les prestations, les hôtes ont mis leurs âmes dans la rénovation de cette superbe maison en bois. À notre arrivée, une bouteille de champagne offerte nous attend, plus qu’à la déguster dans le spa de nage, face à l’océan. La possibilité d’y louer un véhicule, nous a également facilité la vie grandement. Le paradis existe, c’est bel et bien cette maison. Nestled on a hill, in a quiet area, the villa overlooks the lagoon and offers a marvelous view of Moorea, the sunsets are breathtaking. No fault of taste, everything is perfect, as much the decoration, as the services, the hosts have put their souls in the renovation of this superb wooden house. On our arrival, a bottle of champagne is offered to us, all we have to do is enjoy it in the swimming spa, facing the ocean. The possibility of renting a car also made our life much easier. Paradise exists, it is indeed this house. Thank you for your welcome and your kindness, we will return. Sincerely

Wonderful stay!
5 stars! Thank you for making our anniversary trip to Tahiti such a memorable one! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Manuiti. We also loved having the option to book our car rental with Iorana Agency! The hosts went above & beyond to make our stay extra special. The Villa is beautiful just like in the photos. We would not hesitate to book again or recommend this accommodation to our family and friends! :)

We want to thank Aurelia & Geoffrey for making our wedding anniversary trip to Tahiti such a wonderful one! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Manuiti and would not hesitate to book again! We also loved having the option of booking our car rental through them. We especially appreciated the hosts going above and beyond with the small touches that really made a huge difference for us: the fresh flower leis upon arrival, the Happy Anniversary sign, the yummy breakfast essentials in the fridge, the chilled bottle of champagne for our celebration, the robe & slippers — these things made our stay extra special! The Villa is beautiful, and the hosts do an amazing job. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette splendide demeure avec une magnifique vue sur l’océan et son grand jacuzzi permettant de se détendre merveilleusement bien. Sans oublier le barbecue brasero sur cette grand terrasse….classe !!!! Que du bonheur. Dépaysement total. Nous reviendrons ça c’est sûr !!! Un grand merci. BRAVO

Aurelia and Geoffrey were superb hosts. For it being their initial hosting at this location, there were no hiccups. The home we stayed in was clean and even came with a couple travel essentials in case we forgot. Our stay was the best we could have imagined. We highly recommend la Orana Agency!

Magical Home
My sister and I spent a week in Aurelia & Geoffrey’s beautiful home. It looks just like the pictures (even better in real life). It’s full of green palms/vines. A ton of seating and shade. The coy pond makes the environment especially welcoming and peaceful. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning and saw magical sunsets every night. All of the rooms are the perfect size. You must rent a car if you stay here otherwise taxi’s are extremely expensive. Be sure to specify standard or automatic in advance :). The wine store and grocery store are just at the bottom of the mountain and a few food trucks at the round about at the bottom of the mountain that were delish! Definitely recommend the Poke Truck. We went to the PK 15 beach the most (Plage Toaroto) the most, but you won’t find that pure white sand on this island. We took a ferry from Papeete to Moorea and found beautiful beaches and water. So easy to get to. We ended up going back a second day because we loved it so much. When we didn’t go to the beach, we had a beautiful spa at the house to relax in during the evenings when it was cooler out. Aurelia and Geoffrey were so flexible and accommodating with our schedule which made everything more convenient. Loved everything about this home. You will not be disappointed.☀️❤️
