    Spacious place with amenities. It was nice to have a washer as my luggage arrived late & was wet. Hosts were very helpful & accommodating. Helped with getting our luggage to us as all 3 of us didn’t receive our luggage. This is a gated residence with private access to the beach thus you need to make sure you have the keys & gate opener when leaving or could be difficult to get in & out. Not an issue for us other than having to go get the luggage from the front. Beach was nice & great for morning walks. I would definitely stay here again for the beautiful pool, grounds, & amazing Terrace. We arrived after check in but the hosts were very accommodating. Easy to communicate with on what’s app. Wi-Fi worked well. Air conditioning was a nice amenity for sleeping. Location was easy to get around the island & close to supermarket. I would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A 10 min du carrefour pour aller faire l’épicerie Le condo est sur Une des plus belles, sinon la plus belle plage de Tahiti. Un petit coin de paradis ! La piscine tout simplement wow!!     Le logement est bien situé à Punaauia près de l une des plus belles plages (sable blanc) de Tahiti avec une superbe vue (de la plage) sur Moorea. Le jardin de la résidence est merveilleux, la piscine grandiose, les équipements et la qualité du logement très bons et l accès direct à la plage est un vrai plus. A noter, le calme des lieux qui rajoute à la qualité du lieu. l équipe de IAORANA AGENCY à su être à l écouteet rendre notre séjour parfait! Nos filles, comme nous, avons adoré ce séjour!!!

    Apartment exactement comme expliquer et comme les photos. L’agence est super sympa. Ils nous ont même offert une voiture de location. L’appartement était si beau. La plage…. Woah! Et les gens qui habitent dans la résidence super sympa. Ils nous ont meme offert pleins de suggestions de l’ile. Aurélie et Joe (de l’agence) sont si sympa. D’une famille américaine….. Merci pour tout! The apartment was exactly as explained in the photos and description. The agency was super nice and even offered a rental car (which was cheaper than Avis… I recommend renting from LaOrana Agency) The apartment was beautiful and the beach, wow. And the people that live in the complex were so nice! They offered us tons of suggestions for the island. (As did Aurelie) Aurelie and Joe were so super nice From this American family… thank you for everything.

    Апартаменты находятся в резиденции, которая расположена на лучшем пляже Таити. Бассейн в резиденции отличный, пляж тоже замечательный. На этом плюсы размещения заканчиваются. Рядом с резиденцией нет ничего, ни магазинов, ни ресторанов, ни иной активности, просто ничего. Чтобы останавливаться в этой резиденции вам обязательно нужна машина, т.к. услуги такси на Таити очень дорогие. Сами апартаменты имеют ряд существенных недостатков, о которых не упоминается в описании. Во первых, дано неверное описание ванных комнат. Да, у каждой спальни есть ванная комната, НО в ванной комнате главной спальни унитаз установлен в углу очень близко к стене и взрослый человек просто не сможет им воспользоваться. В ванной комнате второй спальни унитаза просто нет. Фактически вместо двух полноценных ванных комнат у вас есть два душа и один туалет с унитазом в общей жилой зоне. Второй существенный недостаток - полы в спальнях. Они старые, очень старые, СИЛЬНО СКРИПЯТ и часть досок разломано на несколько частей. Полы в спальнях реально сильно скрипят, если вам нужно встать ночью, то ваш партнер обязательно проснется от шума и скрипа. Также некоторые доски разломаны на несколько частей, и когда вы на них наступаете, эти сломанные части выступают над уровнем пола в виде очень острых клиньев, и вы и ваши дети могут серьезно поранить свои ноги, это очень опасно. Далее - шторы, шторы очень старые, это не шторы, а жалюзи из какого-то тростника, они местами сломаны, вы постоянно испытываете проблемы с тем, чтобы их задвинуть и выдвинуть, т.к. постоянно у этих штор что-то ломается и отваливается. К тому же эти жалюзи пропускают свет, и в апартаментах нет никакой приватности, вас все видят, не говоря уже о том, что как только наступает рассвет, вы просыпаетесь, т.к. нет никакой защиты от солнечного света. Далее кондиционеры - старые и очень шумные, и отвратительное освещение. В данных апартаментах очень темно, вечером вы даже книгу почитать не сможете. Я не могу сказать, что эти апартаменты запущены, но они на самом деле находятся не в лучшем состоянии, хозяева сделали какой-то косметический ремонт, но не решили основные проблемы на которые стоило бы обратить внимание. Также хочу предостеречь всех от общении с менеджером Аурелией. В момент нашего заселения все было относительно нормально, не смотря на то, что она опоздала на встречу с нами в аэропорту на 30 минут. На чекине в апартаментах было все, что необходимо для проживания, белье полотенца, ванные и кухонные принадлежности и т.п. Нам помогали и давали необходимую информацию во время всего пребывания. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить Татьяну, которая была очень любезна и многое объяснила и помогла по существенным для нас вопросам, мы ей действительно благодарны. С Аурелией сложилась другая совершенно некрасивая ситуация. На чекауте она сказала нам, что мы использовали слишком много электричества, когда я предложила оплатить за электричество на месте, она отказалась, сказала, что все нормально и дополнительные деньги не нужны, однако после того как мы уехали из резиденции через полчаса я получила от нее смс-сообщение, что нам все таки необходимо заплатить за экстра электричество. Нам был выставлено требование на airbnb на дополнительные 150 евро! Хочу обратить ваше внимание, то ни на чекине, ни на чекауте нам...

    Il très clairement indiqué qu'un véhicule est indispensable, les restaurants et commerces sont situés à exactement 3 km tout cela est écrit dans le descriptif, il faut lire l'annonce avant de reserver ! Description qui ne correspond pas ? Parce que les objets ont changés de place? Désolée mais ce n'est pas un hôtel, les bibelots ne sont pas collés aux meubles... Les salles de bains sont conformes à la description et aux photos, il y a en plus un WC invité. En effet le parquet est grinçant mais en bon état, c'est l'inconvénient d'un parquet en vrai bois plutôt que le stratifié... Les stores ne sont effectivement pas occultants, ils sont tels que sur les photos. "l'appartement est sombre la nuit" euh... oui la nuit il fait nuit, les nombreuses éclairages servent à éclairer quand la nuit tombe. Je suis arrivée 20 minutes après votre appel comme il était convenu que nous fassions. Vous avez consommé l'équivalent de 6 semaines d'électricité en moins de 2 semaines, je vous avais demandé à l'entrée de faire attention à la consommation vous m'aviez dit ok mais vous n'en avez eu que faire, je vous ai appelé pour vous dire que j'avais fait une erreur et qu'il y aurait bien un surcoût, vous m'aviez dit "ok pas de problème". Puis vous avez prétendu auprès de AirBnB, n'avoir jamais été prévenus d'un surcoût éventuel dû a une consommation excessive, vous avez tout simplement menti pour ne pas payer cette sur consommation. Vous n'avez tout simplement pas respecter les hôtes que sont les propriétaires que je représente. Pour les messages, je n'ai fait que vous relancer pour le paiement du surplus de l'électricité, vous n'avez jamais daigné répondre au téléphone, pour quelle raison ? Si vous estimiez être dans votre bon droit?... En conclusion, vous avez été et êtes d'une flagrante mauvaise foi, en mentant à AirBnB sur les demandes faites à votre arrivée pour l'électricité.     Appartemement conforme aux photos. Petit bémol sur le ménage d'entrée qui à été rapidement réglé par l'agence. Vous disposerez de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un. séjour parfait. La mer à cette période de l'année est chaude et l'eau de la piscine à 35 degré!! Il y a un petit magasin à 10mn pour vos courses également. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

    Nous sommes ravis de notre sėjour au Carlton sunset beach. Que du bonheur d'avoir tout à proximité : la piscine, la plage (lagon magnifique a portée de palem) et la douche après la plage! L'appartement est fort agréable et très bien équipé (excepté l'aspirateur). Il serait juste appreciable d'avoir moins d'affaires des propriétaires dans l'appartement (photos!). Vraiment, nous recommandons l'appartement et la résidence. Famille avec deux enfants ado.

    We arrived tired following an all night flight, and we're permitted an early 8:00am check-in, by our wonderful host, Aurelia which ended up being a Godsend. She was really sweet and helpful. The tranquility and cleanliness allowed us to take a deep breath and truly relax. The gated community helps with any concerns one might have regarding security. Everyone we met were warm, friendly and helpful. The property is right on the most awesome beach. The crystal clear, warm water and the reef right out front are awesome. Tons of pristine coral and tropical fish. Excellent snorkeling, even in the shallower water. The living area is spacious with an open layout and doors that slide completely open to a huge patio for an outdoor living feel. Nice comfortable beds. We will return.

    L'appartement est juste Superbe, confortable, très joliment meublé et avec tout le nécessaire pour être comme à la maison. Là piscine est vraiment top et le jardin au milieu duquel la résidence est posée très beau et avec des effluves de fleur très agréable. Seul petit bémol c'est le sèche linge qui ne sèche pas même au bout de 2 heures, il aurait besoin d'être remplacé. Rapport qualité prix imbattable compte tenu des prestations haut de gamme.

    Excellent communication from the moment of booking the apartment. Our hosts made sure we had everything we needed to know before arrival and also arranged a rental car for us at a very good price. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The swimming pool is amazing and with the best beach in Tahiti right in your backyard we couldn’t have had a better holiday if we tried. Highly recommend staying here. They also picked us up and delivered us back to the airport. Thank you for making our holiday stress free and easy. We will come again!

    we are a family of 3 and we found the apartment extremely comfortable and spacious. The balcony was a good size and the pool fantastic. We were close to shops and restaurants, just a short drive. The people were very friendly. We were recommended a great carhire company- eco car and we were escorted from there to the apartment on day one. We would definitely stay again.

  99. Wonderful stay

    We stayed here for 7 nights, the photos do not do the apartment justice. It was truely wonderful,spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The team at myhometahiti should be congratulated what nice people to deal with,nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool is massive and cleaned daily,lovely to have a dip everyday,and with the beach at the end of the complex,wow. A car is certainly needed although there are one or two shops within a 15 minute walk. I can only say if you are thinking of staying in this wonderful Island then look at this apartment or the many others this first class company has. Thank you for a truely wonderful stay.
